During an initial consultation to establish the level of service provision required,

we gather all information necessary to form your service arrangement.

As best suits your holiday property, we provide a range of support services, as a whole package or in support of your existing arrangements. For full details of the support package to best suit your needs, contact us for a consultation visit. We are pleased to offer advice, helpful tips and recommendations within our consultation for easy running of your property.

 

Pro Star Services will liaise directly with your booking agent(s) to take housekeeping bookings directly, scheduled seamlessly and attended to on the date of interchange.

 

With our experience in fast tenancy interchanges and the ability to supply all services on a short schedule. Our services can be confirmed up to 12 months in advance, leaving you fully prepared for all future paying guests. At the end of each visit, cleans are checked and signed off in final preparation for your guest arrival. Recommendations by email to you are provided, should we note any dilapidations.

 

In your absence, we can liaise with a pre-existing property manager or key holder to provide access, quotes, instruction and services. We produce a service schedules to support each property, with a written quote for your service package.

 

Housekeeping Team attend as soon as possible after guests have departed to ensure the maximum booking potential is optimised. We understand this is particularly important in high season.

Visiting guests receive a personal and professional service from the first to the last point of contact. When you chose our Property Management Service, guests are emailed a confirmation of check in and procedure, with an open-ended extension to contact us for any and all information they may require. Emergencies are dealt with via our emergency out of hour’s team, providing 24hour cover for unexpected situations such as loss of power, access difficulties and heating failure.

 

Within our housekeeping attendance, if we note any damages, losses or breakages during the guests stay, we will relay these by email to you and implement a schedule of cleaning / maintenance to rectify the problem. Your property and guests are in safe hands with us.

Pro Star is pleased to have an experienced and dedicated team to support our owners and properties. Our Team Managers will ensure regular contact with you and provide notification of any problems, whilst providing solutions, as they arise. On an ongoing basis we will regularly assess your service provision and update services to meet your ongoing requirements.

 

We employ an experienced and professional team, with practical experience in hotel guest services, housekeeping and property management. Our staff undergo strict vetting and exclusive in house training to ensure our high standards are met and consistently maintained. We are insured with both Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance.

We are pleased to be able to service same day interchanges, to help you to maximise your occupancy and bookings potential.  Our service enables you to say YES to guest bookings, knowing that your guests will arrive to a prepared property ready to enjoy their stay.

Our Maintenance Team is here to make sure your property is kept in the best working order. The security and upkeep of your property are as important to us as the comfort and enjoyment of your guests. We can provide, Plumbers, Electrician, Lock Smiths, Builders and Gardeners to  cover all possible areas of dilapidation or maintenance.

 

All of our Trades are insured. If required we can also liaise directly with your existing maintenance providers, allowing you the freedom to know your property is in safe hands. You will receive communication from us before, during and upon completion.
